The Hispanic Federation (HF), the leading Latino nonprofit membership organization in the nation, hosts an annual star-studded gala to fund its yearly operational costs. This year’s event took place at New York’s Museum of Natural History and featured notable guests and honorees such as Lin-Manuel Miranda and Gloria Estefan. Embracing the theme of "Unidos" (Unity), the gala utilized a bold and clean design across print, event, and digital assets. This approach contributed to HF’s most successful gala to date, raising over $2.1 million to support their outreach efforts.

The bold visuals made an impact on the main seating area in the New York City Museum of Natural History.

The Unidos logo was leveraged into a lit 3-D stage piece behind former NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio and the other speakers.

Honorees Gloria and Emilio Estefan (thanks for the shout out on social!)

The website extended the key art with animated visuals and resources for guests (such as forms, package info, and a silent auction platform.)

The website, easily updated to be current daily, provided the utmost of visibility for the companies that invested in sponsorships.

The souvenir journal told the story of the gala and house sponsor and community ads and congratulations.

Event signage helped navigate guests around the many spaces and was critical to the gala's success.

An animated looping presentation highlighted sponsors, additional ways to donate, and the gala's special honorees.

Tickets included table assignments and various colors denoted the level of sponsorship and table the guests sat at.

Silent Auction Donation and Sponsorship forms were printed and sent to potential guests and were available to download on the gala's website.
